LEXINGTON - Lexington public relations firm Wiser, Hemlepp & Associates won a first place award from Kentucky Association of Health Care Facilities for the magazine it produces for Rockcastle Hospital and Respiratory Care Center, Inc.

Fresh Air, which focuses on motivational stories about the hospital's residents and former residents, originally won a district award and advanced to the statewide competition.

The publication won a first place award earlier this year from the Thoroughbred Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America.

Wiser, Hemlepp and Associates, LLC, was established in 2000 and specializes in public relations, marketing communications and opinion research. The firm works with a wide variety of corporations and non profits in many fields including health care, education, utilities and government.
